The Corode CS Vertical centrifugal pump offers a safe way of transferring chemical and corrosive liquids. The pump housing is constructed entirely from PP or PVDF, preventing the pumped substance from touching metal and ensuring full corrosion resistance in the pump head. The extended shaft is rotating contact-free and wear-free within the pump housing. The Advantage of no seal and no bearing in the pump housing is that the Corode pump can run dry and can handle abrasive or crystalizing fluids. The pump housing and impeller are engineered to maintain continuous operation even when the pump head is no longer submerged. As long as a liquid seal is maintained, for example, through a suction pipe, the pump can continue to function effectively without being fully submerged.
